Udderly Quiet® Acoustic Baffle – 200 Series

The Udderly Quiet™ 200 series Acoustic Baffle consists of two Acoustical Glass Mineral Wool panels wrapped in an Acoustic Fabric and glued back to back. The Hardware, eye hooks, are adhered between the panels. The edges of the Baffle are dipped in a resin hardener to protect the edges and add strength.

An Acoustic Fabric is a fabric that is considered acoustically transparent. All Acoustic Fabrics have whats called an “Open Weave” which allows sound to travel through the fabric material and into the sound absorbent core. There are 1000’s of Acoustic Fabric Options.

These are your baffles! We will wrap them in whatever fabric you choose. All we ask is that you send us a 36 inch x 36 inch sample of fabric so we can test it out. We want to make sure the adhesive bonds the materials properly and also make sure the adhesive doesn’t “bleed” through the fabric and create spots on the face of the baffle.

The largest we can construct a seamless 200 Series Acoustic Baffle is up to 3 ft. x 6 ft. For Larger Acoustic Baffles, check out the 250 Series.

2 ft. x 4 ft. is the most common and economical size for an Acoustic Baffle.

All Acoustic Baffles come with a Square edge.
